Step 3: Living for the Lord
Your interests and skills may be quiet different today than they will be in the next several years. As you grow older, you will gain expertise in different fields, you may develop an interest in a specialized area or God may lead you in a different direction all together. Always be open to His will.
Each day a new experience will make you stronger, wiser and build your character towards the goal God is leading you.
God has a perfect plan for you and it's best to hand over the steering wheel of your life into His safe hands.
Remember, Proverbs 3:5-6 (NLT) Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
His will for us each day is to walk worthy of our calling. Each day prepares us in character and skill. Do every job or chore well, to the best of your ability. Follow the directions you are given so that each task will turn out well.
Joshua 1:8 (NLT) Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.
Lean on God. Trust and obey His ways. Give Him glory for your accomplishments. This is a lifesyle that pleases the Lord.
