Pandita Ramabai Mukti Mission

During the PRMM trip, I had a first-hand experience of understanding how important it is to have a kingdom vision.

The testimony of Mr. and Mrs. Francis does show a great depth of love they have for God and their willingness to work in God's kingdom for the expansion of His kingdom alone.

All this was done to take a vision of one 18th century lady (Pandita Ramabai) forward.

It is true that a vision and work started for God's glory alone, will not be left halfway, but will be carried on forever.

I had been asking God - how could I be a light in the darkness - what is it that Lord you need me to do?’

Mr. Francis on the first day shared from Isaiah 58:10-11

And if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness and your night will become like the noonday.

Where God has placed me - that is my mission field.

When I heard the Marathi translation of God’s word – It sounded sweeter and appropriate than English words.

I recollect one of the pastor mentioning while praying – ‘Yeshu kristuche godnavane amhi prarthana karto.

A vernacular language sounded more appropriate than English ‘in the sweet name of Jesus we pray'
