Expect some rough times

Updated: Jan 19, 2021

I read that ‘expecting bliss’ all the time is not a wise thing to do cos when ‘rough times’ come, we tend to look at it as ‘problems’.

Rather than look at it as an ‘opportunity’ where you are at the front seat to witness Jesus sail you through it.

So, expect some rough times, some storm, some joy and glee.

Its anxiety and confusion all around today.

Just when the world thought that they had everything at their fingertips (with the latest in AI, machine learning, predictions, forecasting) a tiny COVID-19 virus crept in unnoticed by any human or technology and brought us down on our knees.

Brought down on our knees to pray, not to complain, not to wonder what went wrong, not to blame.

There is nothing that goes unnoticed by God. He sees everything. He knows everything.

Psalms 33:13

from his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth—

From heaven the Lord looks down and sees all mankind;

Psalms 33:13-14 https://my.bible.com/bible/111/PSA.33.13-14

God is in control of everything still and will always be.

I am blessed to hear Darlene Zschech sing ‘In Jesus Name’

Pushing back the darkness and Enemies defeated- In Jesus name
